Nova Dental provides general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and specialized treatments.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled depending on availability.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may be subject to administrative fees.

4. Payments

Payments for treatments must be made at the time of service, unless a financing plan or deferred payments have been previously agreed upon.
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and other payment methods authorized at the clinic.
Treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice, although we will honor quotes previously approved by the patient.

5. Quotes and Treatments

Any treatment quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
The start of any treatment is subject to the patient’s acceptance of the quote and the signing of the corresponding informed consent form.

6. Patient Responsibility

Patients must provide truthful and complete information about their medical history, medications, and health conditions.
Nova Dental will not be held responsible for complications resulting from omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nova Dental does not guarantee identical aesthetic results to visual examples (photographs, renderings, etc.), as results may vary depending on each case.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including logos, images, texts, and promotional material, is the property of Nova Dental and may not be used without prior authorization.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Nova Dental protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
